By accessing, registering on, subscribing to, purchasing from, or otherwise using any VisaJobFinder services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

VisaJobFinder is a digital job discovery platform designed to help users identify potential UK visa sponsorship job opportunities from licensed sponsors and employers who mention sponsorship in their listings.

VisaJobFinder is not a recruitment agency, immigration adviser, or visa consultancy. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, sponsorship, or visa approval. All services are informational and support-based only.

3. Scope of services

All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

  • Curated job listings and search tools for roles that may offer visa sponsorship
  • Employer and sponsorship-related information drawn from public sources and our review process
  • Subscription access to full job details, apply links, and dashboard features
  • Career support tools included with paid plans, such as application guidance

4. User responsibilities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

  • Provide accurate registration and account information
  • Use the platform lawfully and only for personal job-search purposes
  • Verify sponsorship eligibility and role requirements directly with employers
  • Not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute job listings or platform content
  • Not misuse login credentials or attempt unauthorised access

5. Job listings & sponsorship classification

Job listings may be classified using indicators such as sponsorship availability, employer verification against the UK sponsor register, and audience eligibility.

These classifications are informational only. They do not constitute guarantees of sponsorship, employment, or visa approval.

6. External websites & third parties

VisaJobFinder may include links to third-party websites, including employer career pages and application portals.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, hiring decisions, or privacy practices of third-party sites. You use external links at your own risk.

7. Employer content, fair use & removal

Job listings may be sourced from publicly accessible employer pages, official job boards, and other online listings. Employer intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

Authorised employers may request correction or removal of listings by contacting [email protected]. Requests are processed within 3–5 business days where possible.

8. Subscription & job access services

VisaJobFinder provides access to curated job listings, saved jobs, application tracking, and related premium features through paid subscription plans.

We do not guarantee job offers, employer responses, interviews, sponsorship approval, or visa outcomes. All hiring decisions are made solely by third-party employers.

9. Payments & billing

Payments are processed via PCI DSS-compliant third-party providers such as Stripe. VisaJobFinder does not store full card details.

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy and may be issued using the original payment method.

10. General non-refund policy

Except where expressly stated in our Refund Policy, services are non-refundable once accessed, delivered, or used. This includes subscription access to job listings and premium platform features.

11. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing area. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

12. Fraud, abuse & enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations and to suspend accounts, revoke access, or take other appropriate action.

13. Account deletion & data removal

You may request account deletion by contacting [email protected]. Account deletion does not automatically entitle users to refunds.

14. Intellectual property

All VisaJobFinder branding, systems, content, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit platform content without permission.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisaJobFinder shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, reliance on listings, or interactions with employers.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VisaJobFinder harmless from claims arising from misuse of the platform, false information supplied by you, or breach of these Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
