Refund Policy

At VisaJobFinder, we want you to feel confident when using our services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General subscription refund policy

At VisaJobFinder, we want you to feel confident when using our services. Most subscription and job-access payments are non-refundable once access has been granted or used.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request in line with this policy and applicable consumer law.

2. Job listings & job access services

VisaJobFinder provides curated job listings, full job details, and premium access through subscription plans.

  • Payments for access to job listings, premium searches, saved jobs, and related features are non-refundable once access is granted
  • We do not guarantee employment, employer response, interviews, or visa sponsorship approval
  • Refunds are not issued based on job outcomes or hiring decisions
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle and no further charges will be applied after cancellation

3. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel from your account billing area at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly approved by our support team.

4. Billing errors & exceptional refunds

Where a duplicate charge, technical billing error, or unauthorised payment is confirmed, we will issue a refund using the original payment method where possible.

Approved refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

5. Account deletion

You may request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion does not automatically entitle users to refunds for active or previously used subscription periods.

6. Policy updates

VisaJobFinder may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

  • Can I get a refund after paying? Most services are non-refundable once accessed or used.
  • What happens if I cancel a subscription? Access remains until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
  • Are job listings guaranteed to lead to a job or visa? No. VisaJobFinder does not guarantee employment, employer response, or visa sponsorship approval.
  • Can I delete my account? Yes. Email [email protected] to request deletion.
  • Will deleting my account give me a refund? No. Account deletion does not entitle users to refunds.
